Terms of Participation

                1. Participation in “Poland in the Rockies” is open to anyone but is designed to for a group of undergraduate students, graduates students and young professionals.
                2. Registration is limited to 25 students.
                3. Participants agree to comply with all rules and policies applicable to “Poland in the Rockies” venues, including but not limited to restrictions on noise, smoking and alcohol consumption. Illegal activity will not be tolerated.
                4. In case of medical emergency, participants agree to such treatment as deemed necessary by an attending physician or medical emergency services. Participants are responsible for any and all expenses associated with such treatment.
                5. “Poland in the Rockies” reserves the right to cancel registration privileges with no refund of any participant who disrupts sessions or uses registration privileges for activities inconsistent with the program or behaves contrary to policies applicable to “Poland in the Rockies” venues.
                6. “Poland in the Rockies”, The Poland in the Rockies Society and its employees and volunteers are not liable or responsible for any injury, loss, damage or delay resulting from any act or acts, negligent or otherwise, of any  organization, person, or company whose services are performed for the benefit of “Poland in the Rockies” participants, including but not limited to hotels, restaurants or transportation companies
                7. Poland in the Rockies, The Poland in the Rockies Society and its employees and volunteers are not liable or responsible for incidents that may occur on the part of any commercial carrier from the time participants leave home until participants return.
                8. If a participant is unable to attend, written notice of withdrawal must be received prior to June 15, 2014.
                9. Participants are responsible for covering any and all travel expenses to and from Calgary, Alberta.
                10. Participants’ acknowledgement of having reviewed the terms, on the online application form, constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Participation.
                11. Participants agree to allow PitR to use photographs, videos and other media representations collected over the course of the program for promotional materials, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
